SUSTAINABILITY

We have put a lot of thought into how to carry out the BESTSELLER50 PARTY in the most responsible way possible. Creating a large-scale event like this inevitably involves a lot of materials and logistics, but we have made every effort to minimise our footprint.

Wherever possible, we have reused elements and materials from previous events – from fashion fairs to internal gatherings across the organisation – to reduce the need for new production. Many of the elements you will see at the venue will also be used again at the HEARTLAND festival, which takes place at Egeskov Castle the following weekend – and many are borrowed from the festival itself.

Sustainability also means showing respect for the incredible venue hosting us. Many colleagues and external partners have worked hard to make this event truly special, and the least we can do is treat the beautiful, historic surroundings with care and consideration.

Waste sorting

We are also putting a strong focus on waste management at the event. You will find clearly marked bins across the area, using internationally recognised icons and colours to make sorting easy and intuitive. We kindly ask everyone to do their part. Sorting our waste correctly helps protect the environment, keeps the venue clean, ensures a more enjoyable party for everyone, and reduces the time and costs of fixing sorting mistakes afterwards.

Smart choices and shared responsibility help us celebrate in a way that reflects our values – today and into the future.
