Important when arriving

If you have not exchanged your ticket for a wristband when arriving, please go to the main entrance where you will be checked in and receive your wristband. Now you can head towards the campsite, Dreamland.

Your ticket will be sent via email Monday 2 June. Please have it ready upon arrival.

If you are already wearing your wristband when arriving, you can go straight to Dreamland.

As soon as you have dropped off your bag in your tent, please head straight to the main entrance instead of staying around the campsite. Some tents are a bit of a walk from the main entrance, and we want you to enjoy every part of the great programme we have put together.

10.00 am: Dreamland (campsite) opens
11.30 am: Main entrance opens

8 June 2025:
12.30 am: Main stage closes
03.30 am: Last DJ act in the woods wraps up
08.00 - 11.00 am: Breakfast & goodbye

You must leave Dreamland no later than 12.00 pm.

Alcohol

Please note that bringing your own alcohol is not allowed, including on the buses and at the campsite. Any alcohol brought from outside will be confiscated at the entrance.

TICKET & CHIP WRISTBAND

You have now received an email with your personal ticket. You can show the ticket on your smartphone at the entrance, where staff will scan it. If you do not have a smartphone, please remember to print the ticket and bring it to the event.

Your ticket can be exchanged for a wristband. If you are Denmark-based, you have received information on where and when to pick up your wristband.

If you have not received your wristband before arriving at the venue, please go to the main entrance.

The wristband gives you access to the party and serves as a payment method at food stalls and bars. More than enough tokens have already been loaded onto it beforehand, so you can enjoy food and drinks throughout the event.

At this event we are gathering BESTSELLER colleagues and guests from all brands, markets and functions, HEARTLAND colleagues, customers, retail partners, suppliers, and friends of BESTSELLER. Together, coming from all corners of the world, we will celebrate the incredible journey of our company. 50 years of strong connections and shared accomplishments that unite us as one BESTSELLER family.

Important: your invitation is personal and cannot be passed on to other colleagues.

To help everyone feel at home during the event, there will be designated meeting points for each brand, country, and function. These spots are intended to serve as informal bases where you can connect with familiar faces, meet up with colleagues, or simply take a break.

CHARGE YOUR PHONE

You can borrow a power bank to charge your mobile phone and stay connected throughout the event. Simply return it after use so others can benefit as well.

We want to make sure you can stay online throughout the BESTSELLER50 PARTY. That is why we have set up Wi-Fi across the venue, so you can share your best moments, stay in touch with colleagues and friends, and check important info when needed:

BESTSELLER50 PARTY MERCHANDISE

If you want to buy a special souvenir from the event, you can find a variety of BESTSELLER50 PARTY styles for sale at the venue.

All merch is at your own expense. Payment can be made by Visa card or via the Scandinavian mobile payment app MobilePay.

All sales will be donated to BESTSELLER FOUNDATION to support their important work.

HELP DESK

If you have general questions or run into any non-medical issues during the event, please visit Help Desk. Our team can answer questions relating to:

You will find Help Desk by the main entrance.

LOCKERS

You will find lockers close to the main entrance. If you are not staying overnight, you can leave a bag in a locker and pick it up when going home.

WATER STATIONS

You will find water stations at the party venue, so feel free to bring your own water bottle to refill. You can also pick up water at the various bars, as well as at the breakfast tents at Dreamland.


WHAT TO WEAR

We know that dressing for an outdoor event in Denmark can be a bit tricky. We have done our best to order sunshine, but as the Danish summer has a mind of its own, the weather on 7 June could be anything from warm and sunny to cool and breezy.

Even after a bright summer day, a Danish summer night can get surprisingly chilly. To stay comfortable throughout the party, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a warm sweater or jacket for later.

The BESTSELLER50 PARTY is where comfort meets style. The vibe is casual and festive, so wear something that lets you move, dance, and enjoy the party to the fullest!

If the weather surprises us with a little rain, we will provide a basic rain poncho. You can also buy a sturdier rain poncho, a cosy sweatshirt, a bucket hat, or a cap in the BESTSELLER50 PARTY merch shop to complete your party outfit.

KEY DEADLINES & NO-SHOW FEE

30 April was the deadline for cancelling your registration.

If you registered for the BESTSELLER50 PARTY but do not attend and failed to cancel by 30 April, a EUR 150 fee will be deducted from your cost center.

If an urgent or critical situation arises after the deadline preventing you from attending, please email bestseller50party@bestseller.com as soon as possible.

Lost & Found

If you lose or find something during the party, please visit Help Desk near the entrance. Whether you're looking to recover a missing item or hand in something you've found, the team there will be happy to help. 

All unclaimed items will be brought back to our headquarters in Brande after the event.

Praying area
