Security
To ensure a great and safe party for everyone, professional security staff will be on-site throughout the event, ready to handle any issue that might occur. You can be sure that we will do everything we can to take good care of you.
The event is inspired by Danish festival culture, so you can look forward to music, dancing, and outdoor celebrations – including the serving of alcohol. Please note that bringing your own alcohol is not allowed, including on the buses and at the campsite. Any alcohol brought from outside will be confiscated at the entrance.
A unique venue
We bring together colleagues and guests from many cultures and backgrounds. We of course expect everyone to show respect and consideration for one another, so we can create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere. Let’s carry that same spirit of care and respect into the incredible venue hosting us. Many colleagues and external partners have made great efforts to make this event truly special, and the least we can do is to treat the beautiful, historic surroundings with care and respect.
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for violent behaviour and any form of discrimination or violation based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
As we do not tolerate possession or consumption of drugs at BESTSELLER events, please note that we will search for drugs with drug detection dogs, and we reserve the right to conduct body searches or request drug tests if necessary.
Additionally, you can have your drink tested for drugs if you wish. If you are driving home from the event, please note that you will be asked to take an alcohol test. We expect all colleagues and guests to comply with this.
If a case is considered illegal, we reserve the right to involve the police.
Need help?
First aid staff are present next to the Greenfield stage if you need assistance.
International SOS will also be on site to assist with both medical and non-medical needs, from minor injuries and feeling unwell to lost belongings or travel-related questions. They will also be able to connect you with a doctor who speaks your language if necessary.
A Help Desk at the main entrance can support you with practical matters such as transport, accommodation, or other general questions during the event.

Personal medication
Of course, you are welcome to bring any personal medication required for your health.
